Above is my really good friend Alexis’ son Angel and dog Royce. She lives in a Aurora, CO where Pit Bulls are banned. They came to her house a couple days ago and took her dog and gave her a $700 fine. She has 2 weeks until her court date and they are not releasing her dog until she finds a place outside of the area where they are allowed. She is trying to get a petition together to allow her dog to come back home and hopefully start to change the laws that this city currently has. As you can clearly see from above, her dog is so lovable and apart of the family. Without him they are all hurting. My pit bull is family. I got home from 3rd shift and took a nap with her and this is what she did.
Average morning for me.
This is my dog when I get home from work every day. I could have the worst goddamn day ever but when I get home and she smiles at me like that it’s impossible to stay angry, sad or any other negative emotion.
I am a lot more attached to my dog than I am any other person and I’m pretty alright with that. She brings out the best in me too, because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had the motivation to find my own place or get the job I have now to make both our lives better. She’s loyal, loving and I’ve yet to meet anyone who doesn’t adore her. She’s easily my best friend.
